When will my product be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 3 working days under normal conditions, but due to the conditions during the pandemic process, it varies regionally due to the restrictions imposed by the cargo companies on a branch basis. This period can be between 1-10 working days.
Where can I track the delivery status of my order?
You can check your orders under My Account, My Orders and view the status of your orders.
How will I track the shipping process ?
All shipments will be done by UPS. You can follow the shipping process of your order under the My Orders section. You will be also informed by e-mail when your order is shipped. You may also track your order shipment process on www.ups.com with the tracking number that you can see on order details page.
I want to change my order delivery address, how can I do?
You can modify your addresses or add a new one on My Addresses section on your profile page. by clicking “edit” or "I want to define a new address" buttons during the purchasing process. This address will appear as the delivery address in your next order. During the ordering process, you can define your new address.
What can I do if my order has not arrived?
