In how many installments can I make my payment?

There is no such an option. Your bank may offer installment options independently from Arzum.com. Please check with your bank.

Is VAT included in the prices of the products I buy?

VAT is not a subject for cross border shipments. The final price includes shipping and tax costs to the final destination. Please also note that there might be additional taxes and costs due to the regulations on the destination country.
